METHODS OF PAYMENT

We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers.

Think-ets.com/Think-a-lot.com accepts the following credit cards:
• Visa
• MasterCard

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

NOTE: Charges on your credit card statement will note THINK-A-LOT TOYS INC as the merchant.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To qualify for refund or exchange, items must be returned within 15 days of receipt and must be in new (and unopened) condition.

Follow these instructions to return any think-ets.com purchase by mail:

Please keep one copy of the invoice for your records.

Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging and on the bottom portion of the invoice note the reason for the return.

Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order; or, if you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want.

Circle the name and address where we should send the credit receipt or exchange.

Pack and seal your return securely in the original package, if possible. Packages must be returned prepaid–we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

NOTE: We will refund both original shipping charges and return shipping charges only if: the returned item did not match the item you originally ordered; or, if the item originally sent was damaged or defective when you received it.

CREDIT CARD SAFEGUARD

We safeguard the integrity of our customers' credit card information. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. If your credit card or debit card is used in an unauthorized manner on our site (as determined by your credit card company), we will cover whatever amount your credit card company doesn't - up to $50.
